About Your Therapist

Natalie Baillargeon, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi, I’m Natalie, a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, connection, and empowerment. Everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to find their voice, embrace their strengths, and live authentically.

I provide support in areas such as communication skills, emotional regulation, self-awareness, navigating neurodivergence (autism | ADHD | learning disabilities), invisible and visible disorders, anxiety, depression, personality and relationship dynamics, and major life transitions. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centred Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, solution-focused therapy and harm reduction and trauma-informed practices. I also incorporate holistic techniques such as mindfulness, somatic-based strategies, breathwork, and grounding exercises to foster emotional resilience and well-being.

I believe in the power of personal narratives and self-discovery. Using elements of Narrative Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients explore their experiences, reframe challenges, and build on their strengths. I offer a collaborative space where clients can enhance and develop self-awareness in a way that aligns with their goals.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) (#18704) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I work under supervision to ensure ethical, high-quality care. Your privacy, trust, and well-being are my top priorities, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive environment.
